Hey, I loved your articles, I read 2 articles for yours on design for accessibility as I'm a product designer currently & want to design an app taking the people with disabilities under major consideration. If you have any more tips or ideas on how I can be more efficient & approach it, would love to hear those.

The road to designing for accessibility is very long and hard in the current world of profits and market share, but it starts with you doing more research on accessibility and asking your design manager to make accessibility a part of the process. Doing accessibility audit of Design System components is the most efficient way to enable the experience to be accessible.
There are also good companies like getstark.co who launch figma plugins for accessibility audits. Also follow leaders in accessibility on linkedin and study on how to change the mindset of fellow designers :)
